How prophAic came to be...
Once upon a time, in a community just like yours, property merchants used to waste precious hours trying to win accounts by toiling over the correct sale price of a home.
The arduous task of collecting information about a home, its surrounding neighborhoods, and interrelated demographics was time consuming and kept the real estate industry in the dark ages. As a result, real estate agents and investors were losing out on valuable life experiences that they’ll never get back such as family dinners, friendly park outings, and traveling to see other lands.

Rick Ferroni, prophAic’s Co-Founder, understood these challenges all too well.
As the child of two of the top 10 real estate agents in Canada, Rick’s parents were consistently working, and thus, were unable to spend much time with him. Rick decided it was his responsibility to pull his parents and other real estate professionals out of the medieval era, so they could live life to the fullest and celebrate the fruits of their labor with family and friends.
Rick immediately went to work figuring out a way to bring a work-life balance to real estate agents and investors.

Based out of Hamilton, Ontario, prophAic has taken a wrecking ball to the old-fashioned technique of figuring home evaluations, and the results are phenomenal!

The best part is that prophAic improves with each use because it is capable of learning with the help of complicated algorithms Rick incorporated into the system.
